Refund policy

At TECHORA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Opened or used earbuds/headphones
  • Products damaged due to misuse or accidental damage
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.


Exchanges

We will gladly replace items that are:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Defective upon arrival
  • Incorrectly shipped

Please contact us before sending any item back.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), TECHORA will cover the return shipping cost.

For returns requested for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, if eligible, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

  • Photos or videos of the product (if damaged or defective)
  • A brief description of the issue
